Per unit rather than per room, quoted against your unit mix, with the rate dropping as the unit count rises. Send the count through the portfolio quote form and you'll get a written per-unit number, not a range.
Can you work from a lockbox with nobody there?
Yes, for vacant units. We photograph the unit on arrival and on completion so there's a record of the condition we found and the condition we left, which protects both of us.
